Brand Manager – Marketing & Communications

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Brand Manager to lead the marketing strategy for our mobile app, TV game, radio show and live events. You will be the guardian of our brand, ensuring consistency across every touch‑point while driving growth and audience engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute end‑to‑end marketing strategies for the app, TV game, radio show and events.
• Manage budgets, media buying and high‑level partnership negotiations.
• Maintain brand consistency across mobile interfaces, broadcast media and event experiences.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align product launches with brand messaging.
• Analyse performance data to optimise campaigns and report ROI.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in brand management or marketing; tech or FMCG background is a plus.
• Deep understanding of the Nigerian media landscape and consumer behaviour.
• Strong storytelling ability and data‑driven decision‑making.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
