Baker – Food Production

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Baker to join our production team in Lagos. You will be responsible for preparing fruit parfaits and baking banana bread while maintaining the highest standards of taste, texture, and presentation.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare fruit parfaits according to company recipes and quality standards.
• Bake banana bread, ensuring consistent taste, texture, and visual appeal.
• Accurately measure and combine ingredients following specified recipes.
• Follow established production procedures to guarantee product consistency.
• Maintain strict hygiene and food‑safety standards throughout the production process.
• Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils before and after use.
• Store ingredients and finished products properly to preserve freshness.
• Monitor ingredient usage and minimize waste.
• Keep the production area organized, clean, and safe at all times.
• Perform additional production‑related duties as assigned.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in baking or food production.
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredient measurements, and food preparation.
• Ability to follow recipes accurately and maintain consistent product quality.
• Attention to cleanliness, hygiene, and organization.
• Capable of working efficiently in a fast‑paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Reliable, responsible, and detail‑oriented.
