B2B Partnership Manager

About the role

HR On Wheels is seeking a dynamic B2B Partnership Manager to lead the growth of its education‑focused collaborations. Based in Lagos, you will work closely with schools, corporations, government bodies and NGOs to create mutually beneficial programmes that boost student enrollment and career pathways.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement partnership growth strategies across education, corporate, government and nonprofit sectors.
• Identify, approach and secure new partners, including schools, employers and sponsors.
• Negotiate and manage internship, apprenticeship, mentorship and job placement agreements.
• Drive sponsorship, scholarship and workforce development initiatives with corporate partners.
• Maintain a robust partnership pipeline and produce regular performance reports.
• Oversee day‑to‑day partner relationships to ensure commitments are met.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Education, Economics or a related field.
• 3–6+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, sales, account management or stakeholder engagement.
• Proven track record of building and managing strategic partnerships, preferably within education, EdTech, consulting or startup environments.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with CRM tools for pipeline management.
