Associate Process Auditor

About the role

We are looking for a rigorous, highly analytical Associate Process Auditor to lead our internal process audit and compliance framework across international branches. You will act as an objective quality gatekeeper, evaluating operational workflows against standards, identifying gaps, and delivering actionable intelligence to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute a risk‑based audit schedule covering all departments and branch offices.
• Conduct desk reviews and on‑site walkthroughs to verify that processes function as designed.
• Assess process design quality, embedded controls, handoff points, data flows and turnaround times.
• Identify bottlenecks, redundancies, single points of failure and evaluate associated financial, operational and compliance risks.
• Perform root‑cause analysis on recurring failures and develop corrective action plans with department heads.
• Monitor adherence to governance frameworks, track rogue workflows and escalate high‑risk compliance failures.
• Audit new or updated process documentation for compliance with corporate styling and BPMN standards.
• Maintain an audit log, produce executive‑ready audit reports and dashboards, and present findings to management.

Required profile

• University degree in any discipline with strong analytical foundation.
• 4–6 years of experience in process auditing, internal audit, BPM, quality assurance or operational risk management.
• Professional certifications such as CIA, Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, CBPP or ISO 9001 Lead Auditor are a plus.

Required skills

• Process‑mapping tools: Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, Bizagi.
• Knowledge of internal control frameworks (e.g., COSO) and risk‑assessment methodologies.
• Business Process Management (BPM) concepts and audit techniques.
