Associate – Business Operations & Development

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Associate to support the operational and business development functions of Quramo Advisory Limited. The role involves analytical support, client outreach, and administrative coordination to help drive the firm’s strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide analytical support for strategy formulation, business development, and forecasting.
• Summarize insights from data analysis and present findings to senior executives.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including preparing capability packs, following up with prospects, and tracking responses.
• Draft proposals for potential clients and coordinate training‑course logistics, including post‑training reporting.
• Offer administrative assistance to the team lead, manage calendars, arrange travel, and handle expense reporting.
• Maintain office supplies, take meeting minutes, screen calls, and organize filing systems.
• Respond to targeted and ad‑hoc inquiries on market, competitive, and business topics.

Required profile

• 0‑2 years of experience using data to support strategy, business development, or forecasting.
• Bachelor’s degree required; a master’s degree is a plus.
• Excellent organizational, verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with executives and project teams.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset, high motivation, and results‑driven attitude.
