Assistant Warehouse Head – Lagos

About the role

Goldline Nigeria Limited is seeking a highly organized Assistant Warehouse Head to support daily warehouse operations in Lagos. You will work closely with the Warehouse Manager to ensure efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods while maintaining a safe and productive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing inventory levels, tracking stock movements, and conducting regular audits.
• Ensure accurate labeling, storage, and rotation of goods.
• Supervise and coordinate shipment, storage, and dispatch activities.
• Implement and maintain efficient warehouse processes and procedures.
• Support team leadership by providing guidance, training, and performance monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations through regular inspections and corrective actions.
• Generate reports on operations, inventory, and productivity, and analyze data for improvements.

Required profile

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2‑3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
• Ability to commute easily to Ago Palace Way, Lagos.

Required skills

• Proficiency with inventory management software.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office applications.
