Area Manager

About the role

The Area Manager will oversee multiple retail and hospitality outlets in the Marina district of Lagos, ensuring consistent service quality, operational efficiency and brand representation. Reporting to senior leadership, you will coordinate front- and back-office activities, drive sales performance and maintain high standards of customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and train staff across all outlets to guarantee uniform service and presentation.
• Supervise daily front- and back-end operations, including scheduling, KPI setting and health-safety compliance.
• Collaborate with the Creative Director to design menus and ensure alignment across locations.
• Prepare sales and productivity reports, offering actionable recommendations.
• Manage supply ordering, delivery and store visits to verify operational compliance.
• Identify customer needs, address concerns proactively and uphold excellent internal and external service levels.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in retail, hospitality or FMCG management.
• Proven leadership ability and experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail, capacity to work under pressure and willingness to take initiative.
• Basic finance knowledge to support budgeting and cost control.
