About the role
The Ancillary Duty Officer provides essential administrative, financial and inventory support to ensure smooth office operations at Narim Multiventures Nigeria Limited. This full‑time position is based in the Marina area of Lagos and reports to senior management.
Key responsibilities
- Manage general office administration, including filing, documentation, record‑keeping, correspondence, registrations, licences and memberships.
- Assist with accounting and financial administration such as processing invoices, handling receivables and payables, preparing schedules, lodgements, reconciliations and remittances, and maintaining financial records.
- Oversee inventory administration, conduct stock‑taking, monitor office supplies and materials, and keep accurate inventory records.
Required profile
- Minimum HND in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in administrative or accounts‑support roles.
- Strong numerical ability, attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in record‑keeping and basic knowledge of accounting principles; familiarity with accounting software is an advantage.
