About the role
We are seeking a results‑driven Amadeus Specialist who will lead travel and tour sales and marketing initiatives for corporate and individual clients. The role combines expertise in Amadeus GDS, travel itinerary planning, and business development to generate revenue and deliver exceptional travel experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development plans to attract and retain individual and corporate travel clients.
- Manage travel bookings—including flights, hotels, car rentals, and tour packages—using Amadeus and other booking platforms.
- Identify, pitch, and secure travel contracts and high‑value packages for corporate customers.
- Create tailored travel packages and promotions for diverse customer segments.
- Maintain and grow client relationships through consistent communication and high‑quality service.
- Lead digital and traditional marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility and conversion.
- Monitor industry trends and introduce innovative travel solutions.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to uncover growth opportunities.
- Submit weekly performance and marketing strategy reports to management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client travel arrangements.
- Achieve or exceed monthly sales and profitability targets.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Tourism, Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in travel sales, marketing or business development.
- Proven track record of closing corporate travel deals and expanding client portfolios.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation abilities.
- Self‑motivated, customer‑first mindset with the ability to work independently and in a fast‑paced team.
