AI Enabled Full Stack Developer

About the role

TeKnowledge is building an AI‑Native Engineering team and seeks a Full Stack Developer who leverages modern AI tools as a core part of the development process. You will partner with product managers and architects to design, build, and ship high‑quality software that meets user needs and business goals, working with minimal supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end solution delivery, from design through deployment.
• Develop software using AI assistants (e.g., Claude, GitHub Copilot) to accelerate delivery and improve code quality.
• Drive rapid prototyping, iteration cycles, and integration with AI services, APIs, and automation workflows.
• Write clean, efficient, well‑tested code following strong design and architecture principles.
• Identify, prioritize, and execute tasks across the software development lifecycle.
• Review, debug, and perform validation and verification testing.
• Automate repetitive tasks through scripting and appropriate tooling.
• Document development phases, create flowcharts, layouts, and maintain production monitoring.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to improve products.
• Apply secure coding practices (OWASP Top 10, input validation, authentication, secrets management, vulnerability remediation).

Required skills

• Experience with AI development assistants such as Claude and GitHub Copilot.
