Agency Manager

About the role

The Agency Manager will lead the daily operations of our real‑estate agency in Lagos, driving sales performance, client satisfaction and market growth. You will be responsible for building a high‑performing team, overseeing property listings and ensuring compliance with all regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day agency activities and manage office budgets.
• Recruit, train, mentor and evaluate real‑estate agents and support staff.
• Set sales targets, monitor performance and produce operational reports for senior management.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract buyers, sellers, tenants and investors.
• Oversee property listings, valuations, marketing campaigns and client negotiations.
• Maintain relationships with property owners, developers, financial institutions and other stakeholders.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure high‑quality client service.
• Track market trends, competitor activity and property values to inform business decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Estate Management, Marketing or a related field.
• Professional real‑estate certification or licence where required.
• At least 3 years of experience in real‑estate sales, property management or agency operations.
• Previous supervisory or management experience.
• Strong leadership, negotiation and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of real‑estate laws, contracts and regulations.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with real‑estate management software.
