Administrative Manager

About the role

The Administrative Manager will lead the office’s administrative functions, ensuring smooth daily operations and supporting senior management. This role combines team leadership, process improvement, and budget oversight within a fast‑growing real‑estate environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage administrative staff, handling recruitment, training, and performance reviews.
• Develop, review, and continuously improve administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
• Coordinate office operations to maintain an efficient workflow across all departments.
• Manage office budgets, monitor expenses, and oversee procurement of supplies and equipment.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation systems.
• Oversee scheduling, meetings, and internal communications.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
• Handle vendor relationships and negotiate contracts when needed.
• Support senior management with reporting, planning, and operational tasks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• At least three years of proven experience in an administrative or managerial role.
• Strong leadership and team‑management capabilities.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
