Admin and Sales Officer

About the role

The Admin and Sales Officer will be the front‑line representative of BeautyByTejj Studio, ensuring every client enjoys a premium studio experience while driving daily sales and supporting business operations. This full‑time position blends customer service, sales, inventory control, and executive assistance in a fast‑paced beauty environment.

Key responsibilities

• Handle client bookings, inquiries, walk‑ins and complaints, delivering a high‑quality studio experience.
• Drive product and service sales, upsell and cross‑sell, and meet monthly sales targets.
• Support promotions, offers and marketing campaigns.
• Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock ordering, and maintain accurate product movement records.
• Track studio expenses and assist with basic financial documentation.
• Organise client records, payments and receipts; ensure studio cleanliness and operational readiness.
• Coordinate staff activities, daily workflow and appointment schedules.
• Provide confidential administrative support to the CEO and assist with business projects, reports and special initiatives.

Required profile

• BSc degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in administration, business operations or a similar role; beauty or retail experience is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication and multitasking abilities.
• Sales‑oriented mindset with solid customer‑service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail and a proactive, solution‑driven attitude.
