Account Associate

About the role

The Account Associate will support the finance team of Stella Charles Pharmacy by handling day‑to‑day accounting tasks. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience in a healthcare environment, ideal for recent graduates looking to start their accounting career.

Key responsibilities

• Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Prepare and update financial reports and assist with invoicing, payments, and expense tracking.
• Support bank reconciliations and ensure proper filing of supporting documents.
• Help maintain accurate inventory and related financial records.
• Perform additional accounting and administrative duties as assigned.

Required profile

• OND/HND/B.Sc. in Accounting or a related field.
• No prior work experience required.
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Residence in Ajah or nearby areas is preferred.

• Microsoft Office
• QuickBooks (or similar bookkeeping software)
• Zoho Books (or similar bookkeeping software)

What we offer

• Competitive monthly salary ranging from NGN 70,000 to NGN 150,000.
