Academic Production and Educational Services Officer

About the role

The Academic Production and Educational Services Officer will support Le Mentoris Academy by creating, formatting, and delivering high‑quality educational materials and administrative documents. This role combines technical document production with customer‑service support for students, parents, and external clients.

Key responsibilities

• Type, format, and professionally prepare worksheets, tests, revision booklets, certificates, flyers and other academic resources.
• Operate printing, scanning, photocopying and document‑conversion equipment.
• Use Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Canva and AI tools to develop and enhance educational content.
• Assist students and parents with JAMB/CBT documentation and support.
• Maintain accurate records of jobs, payments and deliveries, ensuring confidentiality.
• Identify opportunities to improve the Academy’s production and document services.

Required profile

• OND or equivalent diploma in Computer Science, IT, Office Technology, Education, Mass Communication, Graphic Design or related field.
• At least 1 year of practical experience in document production, desktop publishing, graphic design or similar.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and provide courteous customer service.
