About the role

The Young Leadership Program 2022 is a structured development initiative designed for recent graduates who want to start their careers in the telecommunications sector. Participants will join Airtel Nigeria for a period of intensive training, mentorship and exposure to core business functions.

Key responsibilities

Engage in program‑specific training sessions and workshops.
Collaborate with various departments to gain practical insight into telecom operations.
Contribute to assigned projects and support day‑to‑day activities as directed.

Required profile

Graduate degree in Social Science, Art or Engineering.
0‑3 years of work experience after NYSC.
Smart, result‑oriented and self‑driven attitude.
