About the role

The Workshop Manager will support the daily operations of Roadmech’s workshop in Abeokuta, ensuring efficient workflow and timely completion of vehicle repair and maintenance tasks. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience in an automotive environment and a pathway to a long‑term career in the industry.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with day‑to‑day workshop activities to maintain smooth workflow.
• Support coordination and tracking of vehicle repair and maintenance jobs.
• Learn and apply workshop processes, procedures and operational standards.
• Monitor job progress and communicate updates to team members.
• Assist with vehicle inspections, diagnostics and repair activities under supervision.
• Maintain accurate records of workshop activities, jobs and service information.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and operational guidelines.

Required profile

• Minimum OND or equivalent qualification in any discipline.
• Strong interest in building a long‑term career in the automotive sector.
• Willingness to learn, take initiative and work in a hands‑on environment.
• Readiness to live and work in Ijebu‑Ode.
