About the role
The Workshop Business Manager will lead the service centre to drive efficiency, profitability and exceptional customer service. This role combines financial oversight with team leadership in an automotive environment.
Key responsibilities
- Optimise workshop efficiency and maximise profitability.
- Manage and develop a high‑performing technical and service team.
- Ensure delivery of top‑tier service quality to customers.
Required profile
- Strong financial literacy with experience in budgeting, P&L analysis and cost control.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Previous experience in the automotive, heavy‑duty truck or similar service/repair industry is an advantage.
