Wellness Coach (Lifestyle Therapist / Nutritionist)

About the role

A premium hospitality group in Maitama, Abuja is looking for an experienced Wellness Coach (Lifestyle Therapist / Nutritionist) to deliver personalized lifestyle coaching and nutrition advice to its members. Working with physicians, physiotherapists and fitness professionals, the coach designs and oversees individual wellness programmes covering nutrition, lifestyle change, stress management, sleep and behaviour change. The position is full-time, reports to the Head of Wellness & Clinical Services and pays N600,000 net per month.

Key responsibilities

• Run lifestyle, nutrition and wellness consultations for new and existing members
• Develop personalized nutrition, wellness and lifestyle plans based on goals, assessments and clinical recommendations
• Interpret body composition analysis, fitness tests and other diagnostics into practical strategies
• Deliver one-on-one coaching on healthy eating, weight management, stress reduction, sleep and wellbeing
• Monitor progress through follow-ups, quarterly reviews and measurable outcomes, adjusting programmes accordingly
• Educate members on nutrition, exercise, recovery and disease prevention
• Facilitate workshops, seminars and corporate health talks
• Maintain confidential client records and progress reports in digital health systems
• Stay up to date with nutrition and wellness research and contribute to programme improvement

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Human Nutrition, Food Science, Public Health or a related field
• 4-6 years of experience in nutrition, dietetics, health coaching, wellness consulting or lifestyle management
• Registered Dietitian-Nutritionist or Registered Nutritionist-Dietitian, or membership of a professional body, is an advantage
• Certification in Health Coaching, Lifestyle Medicine, Wellness Coaching or Behaviour Change is highly desirable
• Must live in Abuja or be willing to relocate
