Webflow Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Webflow Specialist to design, build, and maintain high‑performing websites for local home‑service businesses. You will work closely with the marketing team to translate keyword strategies into fast, conversion‑optimized pages that rank well in search results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new client websites in Webflow from scratch using proven layouts tailored to lawn care, landscaping, and other home‑service sectors.
• Update and enhance existing sites – add pages, edit content, replace images, and implement design changes.
• Create responsive, mobile‑optimized pages that load quickly and drive leads.
• Implement custom interactions, animations, and CMS collections where needed.
• Maintain clean, organized Webflow project structures for easy hand‑off and scaling.
• Test pages across devices and browsers to ensure no broken layouts or performance issues.
• Apply on‑page SEO best practices: title tags, meta descriptions, heading hierarchy, image alt text, URL structure, canonical tags, noindex settings, and sitemap configuration.
• Set up and verify Google Search Console for new sites and monitor indexing.
• Ensure pages meet Core Web Vitals standards and add schema markup for local search.
• Support local SEO by building location‑specific landing pages and maintaining NAP consistency.
• Perform ongoing maintenance, quality checks, and issue monitoring across the portfolio.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and a passion for clean, well‑structured code.
• Ability to manage multiple projects without letting any site become stale.
• Understanding of how design decisions impact search performance.
• Self‑starter who can work independently while collaborating with the marketing team.
