Wealth Manager – Sales

About the role

The Wealth Manager (Sales) will be based in Lagos and will focus on building and managing client relationships for Alert Group’s asset management and related financial products. The role combines client advisory, sales target achievement and coordination with internal teams to deliver tailored investment solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify prospects, convert leads and nurture long‑term client relationships.
• Assess client financial goals and recommend suitable wealth‑management and investment solutions.
• Prepare proposals, conduct portfolio reviews and track market trends.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure compliance and high‑quality client service.
• Meet sales targets, maintain accurate records in CRM and other systems.
• Participate in networking events, presentations and other business development activities.

Required profile

• Strong sales and business development experience, including prospecting and lead conversion.
• Good knowledge of wealth‑management, asset‑management and investment products.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities for high‑net‑worth and SME clients.
• Analytical and financial planning skills, including basic portfolio analysis and risk assessment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting or related field; professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CIS) are a plus.
• Proven integrity, client‑centric mindset and ability to work towards targets within a team.

Required skills
