Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee the receipt, storage, issuance and timely supply of raw materials for a manufacturing operation. The role ensures compliance with factory requisitions, FIFO principles and maintains a safe, organized warehouse environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise receipt, storage, issuance and supply of raw materials while adhering to FIFO.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, monitor stock levels, expiry dates and bin cards.
• Ensure proper warehouse organization, housekeeping and security procedures.
• Coordinate receiving, warehousing and distribution activities.
• Enforce HSE, GMP, ISO and other quality management standards.
• Perform additional duties assigned by Management.

Required profile

• Minimum HND in Warehouse Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in warehouse or store operations, preferably in FMCG, food & beverage or manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, stock control and material handling procedures.
