About the role
The Warehouse Supervisor will lead daily warehouse operations for Aurora Solar in Port Harcourt, ensuring efficient inventory management and safe equipment use. This role collaborates closely with executive management to set goals and align warehouse practices with company objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Audit and report inventory levels, recommending items for order and restock.
- Manage warehouse associates, monitor performance, and ensure safe use of equipment.
- Establish and enforce warehouse practices and protocols for efficiency.
- Set warehouse and team goals in partnership with executive management and other leads.
- Monitor workplace performance and lead training initiatives to improve employee skills.
- Stay current with federal and state safety regulations.
- Communicate with other departments to ensure timely product shipment.
Required profile
- Minimum OND (Ordinary National Diploma) in a related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
