Volunteer WordPress Developer – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a passionate WordPress developer to join our global, fully‑remote team on a volunteer basis. You will help design, develop, and maintain our recruitment and talent platform, contributing to real‑world projects while building your portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Build and customize new pages and features on WordPress using provided Figma designs.
• Implement design tweaks and keep the site visually fresh.
• Assist with SEO optimisation and backlinking to improve search rankings.
• Maintain site security, block malicious users, and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Monitor analytics, extract traffic data, and suggest performance improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience with WordPress and plugins.
• Proactive work style with the ability to operate independently.
• Responsive communication within 24‑48 hours in a remote team environment.
