Volunteer Graphic Designer for Manufacturing Initiative

About the role

We are looking for a creative Volunteer Graphic Designer to support the Efficiency Driven Manufacturing Initiative (EDMI) in promoting its projects, workshops and impact across Nigeria. This remote, three‑month role offers the chance to work with a passionate non‑profit team focused on strengthening the country’s manufacturing ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Design graphics and visual content for presentations, reports, social media campaigns, marketing materials and promotional activities.
• Create infographics, flyers, banners and digital assets that clearly convey technical concepts and project outcomes.
• Develop visually appealing presentation decks for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure all visual materials follow EDMI’s branding guidelines and communication standards.
• Collaborate with project teams to conceptualise creative campaigns, workshops, events and outreach initiatives.
• Revise designs based on stakeholder feedback and maintain a library of design assets for future use.

Required profile

• Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design work for social media, presentations, flyers and infographics.
• Good understanding of design principles, typography, layout and visual storytelling.
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high‑quality visual content.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Canva (mandatory).
