About the role
The Visual Merchandising Lead will design and implement creative visual displays that reflect the brand identity and boost product appeal across all store locations.
Key responsibilities
- Design and execute visual merchandising concepts for seasonal campaigns.
- Analyze store layouts and ensure consistent visual standards across multiple locations.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align displays with marketing and sales objectives.
- Train in‑store teams on display standards and visual presentation.
- Monitor customer engagement and continuously improve visual strategies.
Required profile
- Strong customer service and experience focus to deliver a world‑class shopping experience.
- Proven retail sales background with ability to drive revenue through effective merchandising.
- Excellent communication skills for internal collaboration and team direction.
- Proficiency in visual merchandising principles and design aesthetics.
- Ability to manage multiple stores and projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Visual Merchandising or related field is a plus; prior fashion retail experience advantageous.
