Volunteer – Education & Community Programs

About the role

OneAfricanChild Foundation for Creative Learning is looking for enthusiastic volunteers to support its education, youth development and community outreach initiatives in Lagos. As a volunteer you will help plan and deliver programs that empower children and young people in underserved areas.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing educational and community outreach activities.
• Facilitate workshops, trainings and events for children and youth.
• Participate in awareness campaigns and community engagement efforts.
• Support logistics, event coordination and volunteer mobilization.
• Document program outcomes through reports, photos, videos and success stories.
• Provide ideas to improve program delivery and impact.
• Represent the organization professionally during all activities.

Required profile

• Passion for education, youth development and community service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Team‑player attitude with willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Reliability and commitment to follow through on assigned tasks.
• Previous volunteer experience is a plus but not mandatory.
