Learning Specialist (Remote)

About the role

Join a remote‑first team that uses AI‑driven analytics to help K‑8 students master academics in just two focused hours a day. You will turn performance data into real‑time interventions, coach learners live, and design next‑generation AI solutions that accelerate learning speed.

Key responsibilities

• Produce laser‑accurate academic data reports and analyse performance data to surface issues and trigger fixes within 48 hours.
• Host rapid‑response “rescue” coaching calls and post‑assessment sessions to resolve blockers and keep learners motivated.
• Evaluate new educational apps and design AI/LLM prototypes that accelerate learning speed.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine dashboards, mastery thresholds and AI‑tutor tools.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of coaching, training or instructional experience with K‑8 learners in one‑on‑one or small‑group settings.
• At least 1 year of hands‑on data analysis combined with direct student support.
• Proficient in Google Sheets or Excel for lookups, filters, pivot tables and charting.
• At least 6 months of professional use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or Copilot.
• Available to work 4 core hours (8 AM‑12 PM US time) Monday‑Friday.

What we offer

• Full‑time remote contract (40 hours/week) with a rate of $30 USD/hour ($60 k USD/year).
