Verification Analyst – Address Verification for Loans

About the role

The Verification Analyst will review and evaluate address verification images submitted by sales and field agents for loan applicants, ensuring compliance with Renmoney’s verification standards. This role is critical to maintaining the integrity of the loan approval process and supports the Enterprise Risk Management team.

Key responsibilities

• Review and analyse address verification pictures and reports submitted by sales and verification agents.
• Approve or decline submissions based on company verification criteria.
• Check verification reports on third‑party vendor platforms.
• Liaise with verification agents and provide relevant customer details for on‑site visits.
• Ensure submissions meet GPS, landmark and image‑quality requirements.
• Identify inconsistencies or suspicious information and escalate when necessary.
• Maintain required turnaround time (TAT) for all verifications.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in field verification, dispatch riding or a similar fintech/operations role.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors in reports or images.
• Good communication skills for liaising with sales and field agents.
• Ability to work under strict TAT deadlines.
• Basic understanding of loan/credit verification processes.

Required skills

• Proficiency with verification tools.
• Experience using dashboards for monitoring verification status.
• Familiarity with mobile/GPS applications for field verification.
