Vendor & Exhibitor Relations Officer

About the role

The Africa International Housing Show (AIHS) is seeking a proactive Vendor & Exhibitor Relations Officer to join its team in Abuja. You will be the primary liaison for vendors and exhibitors, ensuring smooth coordination before, during, and after the annual housing exhibition.

Key responsibilities

• Manage relationships with vendors and exhibitors throughout the event lifecycle.
• Coordinate logistics for exhibition set‑ups, deliveries, and on‑site operations.
• Serve as the main point of contact for exhibitor inquiries and needs.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials, services, and support to all participants.
• Assist with on‑site event management, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to guarantee seamless execution of the exhibition.

Required profile

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in event management, logistics, or vendor/exhibitor coordination.
• Strong corporate background and professional approach.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle large‑scale events.
• Based in Abuja or willing to relocate.
