About the role

itel Mobile (NG) is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join its team in Ijero/Ekiti. The positions are full‑time, on‑site roles that support sales, marketing, customer service and operations across our retail network.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers in store environments, promote products and campaigns.
• Maintain product displays, manage inventory and ensure accurate merchandising.
• Collect market feedback and assist in promotional events.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues and provide professional service.
• Prepare and update records, reports and documentation using basic digital tools.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Basic sales, merchandising or retail operations experience.
• Customer‑service orientation with problem‑solving skills.
• Organizational and time‑management capability to meet daily targets.
