About the role

Brit Properties Nigeria Ltd is seeking a motivated Unit Sales Manager (Real Estate Advisor) to join our team in Ibadan. This full‑time, commission‑based position offers a hybrid work model, allowing occasional remote work while maintaining a strong on‑site presence.

Key responsibilities

• Drive property sales and manage client consultations.
• Conduct market research to identify promising property deals.
• Negotiate terms and close transactions with buyers and sellers.
• Educate clients on real‑estate opportunities, trends, and processes.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships to meet client needs and company objectives.

Required profile

• Knowledge and experience in real estate and property markets.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the real‑estate sector.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Relevant academic background (M.Sc, B.Sc, HND or OND) in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, Marketing or related fields is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Familiarity with real‑estate management tools.
