About the role
The Unisex Fashion Designer will create and produce clothing for both men and women, covering a wide range of styles from native wear to corporate attire. You will work closely with customers to translate their ideas into high‑quality garments that meet current fashion trends.
Key responsibilities
- Design and produce clothing items such as gowns, trousers, shirts, skirts, jackets, and casual outfits.
- Interpret customer sketches, pictures, samples, and descriptions to create desired garments.
- Take accurate body measurements and maintain measurement records.
- Draft patterns, cut fabrics precisely, sew garments, and perform finishing work.
- Make alterations, repairs, adjustments, and fittings to ensure proper fit.
- Ensure all completed garments meet standards of quality, durability, neatness, and appearance.
Required profile
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
- Minimum of SSCE qualification.
Required skills
- Pattern drafting.
- Fabric cutting.
- Sewing and garment construction.
- Alterations and fittings.
