UI/UX Product Designer

About the role

Zipha Technologies Limited is seeking a creative and detail‑oriented UI/UX Product Designer to shape clean, modern, and user‑friendly experiences across its merchant dashboard, payment flows, marketplace, and community challenge system. You will translate product requirements into intuitive interfaces and deliver developer‑ready designs.

Key responsibilities

• Design low‑ and high‑fidelity screens for web and mobile interfaces, including dashboards, payment confirmations, and onboarding flows.
• Create comprehensive user flows for merchants, customers, admins, and community members.
• Develop and maintain a design system with reusable components, typography, colors, and spacing rules.
• Build clickable Figma prototypes for testing and stakeholder review.
• Prepare organized handoff files with clear annotations, states, and interaction notes for developers.
• Collaborate with product, frontend, and backend teams to ensure designs are practical and buildable.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate research, ideation, UX writing, and design execution.
• Review implemented designs and provide feedback before final release.

Required profile

• Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design for web and mobile products.
• Ability to work independently, communicate clearly, and meet deadlines.
• Experience creating design systems and reusable components.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Figma.
