About the role
The Art Director will lead visual development for campaigns and projects, turning creative strategies into compelling designs across digital and traditional channels. Based in Lagos State, this full‑time hybrid position blends on‑site collaboration with flexible remote work.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and refine visual concepts that align with client briefs.
- Supervise graphic design work to ensure brand consistency.
- Collaborate closely with copywriters, account managers, and digital specialists.
- Oversee the creation of assets for both digital and traditional media.
Required profile
- Strong creative direction and art direction abilities, from concept to execution.
- Proven experience in a fast‑paced agency or similar environment.
- Ability to present ideas clearly and give constructive feedback.
- Robust portfolio showcasing brand work and integrated campaigns.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field is an advantage.
Required skills
- Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
