UI Engineer (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a UI Engineer to join a technology client on a contract basis. The role is fully remote and focuses on building and maintaining high‑quality user interface components for a cutting‑edge platform. You will work closely with designers and developers to deliver responsive, accessible, and performant web experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement responsive, accessible, and performant UI components using modern frameworks.
• Translate wireframes and mockups into functional user interfaces while maintaining design system consistency.
• Ensure cross‑browser and cross‑device compatibility.
• Identify and resolve UI performance bottlenecks to improve rendering and load times.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well‑documented code following best practices and accessibility standards.

Required profile

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with modern front‑end frameworks such as React or Vue.js.
• Understanding of responsive design principles and CSS preprocessors.
• Familiarity with state‑management solutions and asynchronous programming.
• Experience using version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
