Travel Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Travel Consultant to join our team in Lekki. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will help both individual and corporate clients plan seamless travel experiences, from vacations and honeymoons to business trips.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients with travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, transfers and tours.
• Manage bookings and reservations using the company’s reservation system.
• Create and coordinate detailed itineraries that match client preferences.
• Provide high‑quality customer service throughout the planning process and resolve any issues that arise.
• Stay informed about international and domestic travel regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in travel consulting, travel management or similar roles.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to multitask, manage time effectively and work under pressure.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Travel Management or a related field is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with travel reservation software.
