Travel and Tour Officer – Full‑time

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Travel and Tour Officer to join our Pan‑African consulting firm in Abuja. The role is full‑time and focuses on managing both corporate and agency travel arrangements across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international travel bookings for clients and staff.
• Utilise GDS platforms such as Amadeus and Sabre to secure flights, hotels, and ground transport.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of travel restrictions, visa requirements and emerging travel trends.
• Support clients with visa application processes for major destinations (UK, USA, Canada, Schengen).
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless travel experiences.

Required profile

• 1–2+ years of experience as a travel agent in agency and corporate settings.
• Familiarity with GDS booking systems (Amadeus, Sabre) and preferably a CRM tool.
• Strong understanding of foreign and domestic travel regulations.
• Awareness of current travel trends and popular vacation destinations.
