Travel and Tour Officer (Full-time)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Travel and Tour Officer to join our consulting team in Abuja. The role involves managing both corporate and leisure travel arrangements, ensuring smooth itineraries and compliance with travel policies.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international travel bookings for employees and clients.
• Utilise GDS platforms such as Amadeus and Sabre to secure flights, hotels and ground transport.
• Maintain and update travel records in the company CRM system.
• Monitor travel restrictions, visa requirements and provide guidance on documentation.
• Stay informed about emerging travel trends and recommend suitable destinations or services.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience as a travel agent in agency or corporate environments.
• Familiarity with foreign and domestic travel regulations.
• Strong knowledge of visa application procedures for major destinations (e.g., UK, USA, Canada, Schengen).
• Ability to work on‑site in Abuja and communicate effectively with internal teams.
