Travel Agent

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Travel Agent to join Fhemfel Travels in Abuja. The role involves assisting clients with study abroad options, flight bookings, holiday packages and visa processes while delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance on study abroad opportunities, including school applications and visa advisory.
• Process domestic and international flight bookings using GDS platforms such as Amadeus.
• Plan and coordinate holiday packages, tours and travel itineraries.
• Handle visa applications and related travel documentation.
• Advise clients on travel requirements, insurance and destination information.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and meet sales and revenue targets.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree or HND in a relevant field.
• At least 2 years’ experience as a Travel Consultant or Travel Agent.
• Strong knowledge of study abroad admissions and application processes.
• Proficiency in flight ticketing using Amadeus or other GDS platforms.
• Experience in planning and selling tours and holiday packages.
• Knowledge of visa application processes for major destinations.
• Excellent communication, sales and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
