Transaction Officer

About the role

The Transaction Officer is responsible for handling all bank deposits, withdrawals, and electronic fund transfers for Kayomix Ltd. The role ensures that every transaction is processed swiftly and accurately, reflecting correctly in the customer or company accounts while maintaining a professional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Process bank deposits, withdrawals, and electronic fund transfers.
• Ensure transactions are executed quickly and recorded accurately.
• Explain transaction fees and educate customers on payment methods.
• Resolve errors in account statements and address customer inquiries.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and detect potential fraud.

Required profile

• Minimum HND in Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• High numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong professional integrity and ethical standards.
• Effective communication and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Residency in Lantoro, Abeokuta, Ogun State.
• NYSC discharge certificate (advantageous).
