Training, Education & Social Media Manager

About the role

The Training, Education & Social Media Manager will design and deliver learning programs for staff while driving the company’s online presence. This dual‑focus role supports internal capability building and external brand awareness for Laj’s sustainable aquaculture initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and manage employee training programs covering aquaculture, finance, HR and operational topics.
• Assess training needs, collect feedback and measure effectiveness through performance metrics.
• Develop workshops, seminars and e‑learning courses, and keep training materials up‑to‑date.
• Ensure training complies with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Establish partnerships with educational institutions for internships, research collaborations and certification pathways.
• Create educational content such as manuals, guides, videos and presentations.
• Monitor employee progress and adjust learning strategies as needed.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to raise brand awareness and engage the community.
• Manage company accounts on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter and other platforms.
• Produce engaging social media content and run targeted campaigns.

Required profile

• Strong communicator with proven experience in developing training curricula and managing educational projects.
• Demonstrated ability to create and implement social media strategies.
• Experience working in or with the aquaculture, agriculture or related sectors is a plus.
• Ability to evaluate learning outcomes and adapt programs accordingly.
