Territory Development Officer – Multiple Locations in Lagos

About the role

DAG Industries Nigeria Limited is seeking motivated Territory Development Officers to expand the reach of its motorcycle, tricycle, spare parts and lubricant portfolio across Lagos. The role focuses on driving sales growth, increasing market penetration and building strong relationships with distributors, dealers and retailers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet monthly, quarterly and annual targets within assigned zones.
• Identify, acquire and nurture new customers, distributors and retail outlets.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing distributors, key accounts and wholesalers.
• Increase product visibility and availability through regular customer visits and promotional activities.
• Monitor competitor actions, market trends and pricing, providing feedback to management.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts and action plans to achieve territory objectives.
• Coordinate order processing, product delivery and ensure timely collection of payments.
• Handle customer complaints and work with internal teams to ensure service quality.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records, sales reports and market intelligence.
• Participate in trade exhibitions, dealer meetings and promotional events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proven ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
