About the role

Adbond Harvest & Homes Limited is seeking a motivated Telesales Representative to join its team in Ikeja. This full‑time hybrid position combines office‑based work with remote activities, focusing on promoting the company’s real‑estate and agro‑development projects to prospective clients.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Provide detailed information about land‑investment, agro‑to‑homes, and real‑estate bond opportunities.
• Handle inbound customer inquiries, resolve support issues promptly, and maintain high service standards.
• Achieve assigned sales targets through effective communication and relationship building.
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate services or solutions.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Capability to address and resolve client issues efficiently.
• Organizational and time‑management skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; certifications in sales or customer service are a plus.
• Prior experience in telesales, customer service, or real‑estate is advantageous.

Required skills

• Proficiency with basic computer software.
• Experience using CRM tools.
