Required profile
- 2-3 years of relevant retail sales experience
- Proven experience working with retail sales targets and a track record of achieving them
- Experience in luxury fashion sales is essential
- Proactive, target-driven individual who balances customer satisfaction with business growth
Required skills
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills, understanding customer needs
- Excellent communication, persuasion, negotiation and follow-up skills
- Ability to engage customers and follow up with prospects by phone, WhatsApp and social media to drive sales and conversions
