Telesales Executive

About the role

CredPal, a financial technology company offering credit cards and investment opportunities, is looking for Telesales Executives in Lagos. The role drives sales and revenue by reaching out to potential customers by phone, understanding their needs and communicating the benefits of the products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to sell investment products and other services
• Meet and exceed sales targets for the investment product
• Understand customer needs and explain the features and benefits of the offerings
• Answer customer questions and follow up to close sales
• Maintain accurate interaction records in the CRM system
• Collaborate with the sales team on cross-selling and upselling opportunities
• Keep product knowledge, pricing and promotions up to date and give feedback to management, marketing and product teams on customer trends and competitor activity

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Telesales Executive or similar sales role, preferably in financial services
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong negotiation and influencing abilities
• Results-oriented, able to handle objections and work in a fast-paced environment
• High level of integrity and professionalism
