About the role
We are looking for a motivated Telesales Executive to join our outbound sales team in Lagos. You will be responsible for contacting potential customers, presenting our products and services, and closing sales to meet individual and team targets.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and handle inbound inquiries.
- Promote and sell company products and services over the phone.
- Follow up on leads, nurture prospects, and convert them into sales.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets on a monthly basis.
Required profile
- OND/HND/B.Sc. qualification.
- 1‑2 years of experience in tele‑sales or marketing.
- Strong communication and persuasive abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets.
- Basic computer proficiency.
Required skills
What we offer
- Monthly salary of ₦150,000.
- Allowance of ₦10,000 for data and airtime.
