Telemarketer – Outbound Sales & Lead Qualification

About the role

Joble is seeking a motivated Telemarketer to join its fast‑growing AI‑powered voice and web agent platform. You will contact businesses in the US and UK, introduce our solution, qualify prospects, and schedule meetings for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound calls daily to target prospects across the US and UK.
• Introduce Joble, clearly convey its value proposition, and move conversations toward a meeting.
• Identify and qualify decision‑makers, understand their pain points, and prioritize high‑value leads.
• Book a minimum of three qualified meetings per week; each additional meeting boosts earnings.
• Maintain consistent follow‑up with warm and unresponsive leads until a definitive answer is received.
• Log every call, outcome, and next action in the CRM, keeping the pipeline accurate and up‑to‑date.
• Provide market intelligence on objections, competitor mentions, and trends to refine outreach strategies.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of outbound telemarketing experience with proven call and meeting‑booking targets.
• Strong verbal and written English communication; neutral or highly intelligible accent.
• Resilient attitude toward targets and rejection, with a professional phone presence.
• Stable internet connection and a quiet, professional home‑office setup.
