Technology Lead

About the role

The Technology Lead will drive the creation and execution of a comprehensive digital product strategy, shaping a mobile‑first platform that supports customer acquisition, learning, certification, workforce management, service delivery, payments and quality assurance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the digital product strategy and technology roadmap.
• Design business processes and user journeys to deliver seamless digital experiences.
• Lead solution architecture and systems integration initiatives.
• Oversee platform implementation, deployment, and launch.
• Establish data governance, cybersecurity, and technology ownership frameworks.
• Manage technology vendors and implementation partners.
• Oversee technology budgeting, governance, and risk management.
• Translate business operations into an integrated, mobile‑first digital platform supporting multiple functions.

Required profile

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology, digital product management, or digital transformation.
• Proven track record of leading digital platforms from concept through implementation and launch.
• Experience with ERP, CRM, learning management systems (LMS), marketplace, payment, or service management platforms.
• Strong expertise in systems integration and data architecture.
• Experience selecting and managing technology vendors and implementation partners.
• Ability to work effectively across executive strategy and technical delivery teams.
• Experience working in Nigeria or a comparable African market.
• Commercially minded, pragmatic, and delivery‑focused.
