Technology Lead – Digital Platform

About the role

HR On Wheels is seeking a senior Technology Lead to shape and deliver a mobile‑first digital platform that supports customer acquisition, learning, certification, workforce management, service delivery, payments and quality assurance across the education sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the digital product strategy and technology roadmap.
• Design business processes and user journeys for seamless digital experiences.
• Lead solution architecture and systems integration initiatives.
• Oversee platform implementation, deployment and launch.
• Establish data governance, cybersecurity and technology ownership frameworks.
• Manage technology vendors and implementation partners.
• Control technology budgeting, governance and risk management.
• Translate operations into an integrated, mobile‑first platform.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in technology, digital product management or digital transformation.
• Proven success leading digital platforms from concept to launch.
• Experience with ERP, CRM, LMS, marketplace, payment or service management platforms.
• Strong systems integration and data architecture expertise.
• Ability to work across executive strategy and technical delivery teams.
• Experience in Nigeria or a comparable African market.
• Commercially minded, pragmatic and delivery‑focused.
